confusing nouns and verbs

We can find a large number of words that can have 2 meanings, here we are going to see some of these words that we often confuse and we are going to see their meanings and differences:
Desert -> Desert
Dessert -> Dessert
Site ---> Place, location
Sight -> Something you can see
Residence -> Location, where someone lives
Resident -> Person who lives in a certain place
Lend -> Lend
Borrow -> Borrow
Lie and lay mean the same thing but the difference is that Lie does not need an object.
Complement -> They go well together
Compliment -> Something that is good for someone else
Advice -> Used as a noun
Advise -> Advise, is used as a verb
Choice -> Noun
Choose -> Verb
Succes -> Noun
Succed -> Verb
