To use adjective clauses with prepositions:

                  With people Whom,Who,What,that.

                 To whom, that.      

Using where:

Where -> It is used to modify places

Example:

The place where i Took this picture is called Joshua Tree National

                 "          Adejtive part     "

The adjective clause part has the following structure:

-Where + Subject + verb

Using "When"

It has the following structure:

When + Subject + Verb

Example:

The 1950's was a time when many great product were introduced

October 1, 1958 is the date when nasa became operation to begin space exploration
